My dentist recommended this brand and I was looking forward to using it before a family event. Unfortunately I had to discard the product because there was nothing enclosed with it explaining that all whitening gels need to be refrigerated until ready to use. It was delivered to my doorstep and sat in strong sun for a few hours, then at room temperature for several days. A notice on the outside of the box or a slip of paper in the package would be very helpful for novices.
