1. From tooth to molar, express a single, continuous bead of gel about halfway up the face side of the tray. About half to one-third of a syringe should be used for each tray.
2. Place the tray inside your mouth, then give it a little tap to adjust the sides to fit your teeth. Opalescence PF 35%: 30-60 minutes.
3. Take out the tray, then brush any remaining gel from your teeth with a gentle toothbrush or your finger. Make cautious not to swallow the rinsed gel when you twice rinse your mouth.
4. Use lukewarm tap water and a gentle brush to clean the tray. Keep trays in trayshelves. Stop your treatment and consult with your dentist if you feel any considerable sensitivity.
