1. From tooth to molar, express a single, continuous bead of gel about halfway up the face side of the tray. About half to one-third of a syringe should be used for each tray.
2. Place the tray inside your mouth, then give it a little tap to adjust the sides to fit your teeth. Opalescence PF 10%: 8–10 hours or overnight.
3. Take out the tray, then brush any remaining gel from your teeth with a gentle toothbrush or your finger. Make cautious not to swallow the rinsed gel when you twice rinse your mouth.
4. Use lukewarm tap water and a gentle brush to clean the tray. Keep trays in trayshelves. Stop your treatment and consult with your dentist if you feel any considerable sensitivity.

This whitening gel continues to be the best product I’ve ever used. Minimal to no sensitivity and I find there to be no discomfort when I use the product every other day for a max of 6 hours total at a time. My orthodontist and dental hygienist noticed and complained me on my results in the span of about 2 weeks. The difference is very noticeable but I’m not exactly where I would like to be- I have no doubt that this product will get me to the shade I’m looking for.
